It’s hard to forget the first time seeing No Bad Days Skincare featured in a magazine. Back in April 2023, our Himalayan Pink Salt Facial Spray and Soothing and Clarifying Clay Mask were highlighted in Reset Magazine, which comes with the Sunday NZ Herald. The feeling was incredible.
One of my initial goals when I started my brand was to be noticed by respected publications like Viva and Reset, especially from beauty editor Lucy Slight, who is known for covering a wide range of brands and products. Regardless of their current popularity, Lucy brings honesty to her reviews, presenting readers with the best of the best, whether they're from established industry leaders or newcomers like me. Having her write positively about our products was truly validating.
Being born in January 1997, right on the edge of Millennials and Gen Z, I don’t typically get the newspaper delivered. So when I heard about the feature, I ran to the local library to find the physical copy. I must have looked a little funny to the librarians as I excitedly flipped through the Sunday papers and took photos of the feature.
That visit to the library was more than just publicity, it felt like a big nod to all the hard work I’ve put into No Bad Days in such a short amount of time. Here's to remembering those milestones and looking forward to making many more memories!
